RMA Australia is pleased to bring you our first June 2026 Webinar – Emerging to Expert: Risk Leader’s Advice for Emerging Risk Professionals, hosted by the RMA’s Emerging Career Risk Professional Committee (ECRP).
What does it take to grow from an emerging risk professional into a trusted risk leader? Join this interactive Q&A webinar to hear from senior risk leaders across financial services where they will share candid career reflections, hard earned lessons and practical advice on building a meaningful and impactful career in risk. From personal branding to navigating complex stakeholder environments to balancing commercial outcomes with risk discipline, our panel will unpack what they’ve learned along the way and what they wish they’d known earlier in their careers.
You may recognise our expert panellists from the RMA’s Emerging Career Risk Professional (ECRP) mentoring groups whereby a RMA board member offers 1 hour of their time to mentor a group of ~ 10 mentees who are in financial services and are in the first 10 years of the risk career. These sessions cover a range of areas including more broad career mentoring or how to approach certain situations. They aim to uplift the soft skills of emerging risk professionals with emphasis on the areas most valued by senior risk leaders.
This webinar is a unique opportunity to understand insights into the advice provided through the mentoring programs. You will be able to ask live questions to the expert panellists and hear their candid career lessons, practical advice and insights into navigating today’s evolving priorities.
Register to join us for an honest, insightful, and energising conversation to help you invest in the next chapter of your risk career.
