About the Speakers: 

Ryan Rabbitt, Partner, Restructuring, KordaMentha

Ryan has extensive experience advising clients on financial restructuring, turnaround and special situations sale transactions.

He has particular experience working with underperforming energy and infrastructure assets and their lenders, including assessing business plans, managing liquidity and developing capital structure options/solutions (including special situations M&A transactions).

 

Jon Chadwick, Partner, Energy, KordaMentha

Jon has 25 years experience in strategy and operations consulting, with a focus on solving complex issues arising and anticipated to arise through the energy transition.

He specialises in advising Boards and Senior Executives on energy related strategy, transactions, regulation, transformations and operations.

Guy has 20+ years experience advising clients across the energy sector, with a focus on transmission, distribution and generation.

Extensive experience in advising senior energy executives and leading strategy, technology innovation and transformation projects.

 

 

Rachel Chia, Managing Director, Head of Project Finance, Asia Pacific, Deutsche Bank

Rachel is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in banking and structured finance, specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure project finance. Rachel currently leads Deutsche Bank’s APAC Project Finance team.

Througout her career, Rachel has successfully originated, structured, and closed more than 60 projects, spanning wind, solar, battery energy storage systems, public-private partnerships (PPPs), gas pipelines, social and transport infrastructure.
