Strategies for difficult conversations – Part 2 – WEBINAR

4:00 PM AEST 5:00 PM AEST
RMA Australia

RMA Australia is pleased to bring you part two in our series, on “Strategies for difficult conversations”, hosted by CBA.

Please ensure you log into the member’s area of the website to access the pre-reading notes & activities from Dr Stephanie Burns prior to part 2.

As risk professionals, challenge is a key part of our roles. While this means we need to have difficult conversations at times, many of us can find ourselves dreading and even avoiding them, in turn reducing our ability to operate effectively. Removing all discomfort isn’t possible or even the objective, but we can develop mindsets and practices that improve our level of skill, and reduce apprehension and interpersonal friction.

Join Dr. Stephanie Burns for a two part series of lectures on this topic, where you will learn insights and strategies to apply when risk challenge is needed.
