RMA Australia is pleased to bring you our September event – From Effort to Insight: AI-Powered Risk Management, hosted by Suncorp.
As organisations continue to navigate increasing complexity, risk professionals are being asked to deliver deeper insights, support faster decision-making, and drive stronger outcomes than ever before. At the same time, many teams remain burdened by manual processes, administrative effort, and fragmented information.
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly emerging as a powerful enabler in the evolution of risk management. By automating routine activities, enhancing data analysis, and improving access to information, AI is helping organisations shift their focus from process and administration to insight, decision-making, and value creation.
Join us for an engaging discussion on how Suncorp is partnering with IBM to use AI to transform risk practices and enhance the effectiveness of risk management. This is a must attend event for risk professionals seeking practical examples of how AI can support better outcomes while maintaining strong governance, oversight, and accountability.
Hosted by Suncorp’s Kayla Palmero the session will begin with an inside look at Suncorp’s AI journey and the opportunities, challenges, and lessons learned along the way. Through real life examples, attendees will hear how Suncorp has partnered with IBM to embed AI into risk processes to reduce administrative burden, improve consistency and efficiency, and empower teams to focus on the conversations and insights that matter most.
Together Suncorp and IBM, will showcase how AI has reshaped risk practices, elevated decision-making and created capacity for risk professionals to focus on strategic outcomes. Expect practical insights, candid experiences, and future focused thinking that you can take back to your own organisation.
