Zero Fees for individual membership in 2023/2024
We are pleased to announce that in 2023/2024, RMA Australia is moving to a zero individual membership fee structure. The new pricing structure commences on 1 April 2023.
If you have already paid your $65 fee in 2023, you will receive a refund to your previously used credit card. Refunds are currently in process.
If you wish to renew your membership or join as a new member, complete a membership application via our website. You must nominate your corporate email address corresponding to your employer’s current RMA Australia membership.
We have a full calendar of member events planned for 2023. You can view and register for our events here.
As a member of RMA Australia, when you attend a webinar, you join 200+ risk colleagues for a one-hour session on a current topic with some of Australia’s most senior risk professionals. This includes the opportunity to ask questions in real time. Our LIVE interactive webinar platform is one of the best ways to keep up to date with “hot” risk topics and thought-leading presenters.
We look forward to supporting your professional and networking needs via our events, forums and partner affiliations.
Our most recent event Proactively Managing Geopolitical Risk and Uncertainty in 2023 was hosted by ANZ. Cameron Mitchell’s (Head of Geopolitical Risk at ANZ) set piece presentation was a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the key global factors impacting money markets. It was followed by a Q & A which attracted considerable interest from our members with lots of very challenging questions that were answered deftly and precisely.

As an RMA Australia member, you can access resources and webinars from RMA HQ.
The RMA journal provides enterprise risk management news and practical ideas written by leading US risk professionals to help professionals stay abreast of industry changes and trends. You can access the RMA Journal and webinars via the member area on our website.

WELCOME TO OUR NEW MEMBERS
This month we welcome the following new members, BUPA HI Pty Ltd, International Bank of Australia and Korda Mentha to the RMA Australia Community.
We have a three-tiered Membership Structure that reflects the size and scale of the operations and the individual membership base within the institution. Those employees who want to participate in RMA Australia events, then become Individual Members.
Institutional membership fees support the association’s running costs and subsidise the cost of individual membership for employees. A key benefit of Institutional Membership is an invitation to the annual Chief Risk Officers Forum.
