About the Panel:-

Lisa Wilcockson, Partner, KPMG

Lisa Wilcockson is a Partner in KPMG’s Governance, Risk and Compliance practice in Sydney.  Lisa is focused on regulatory change, risk management and governance, supporting financial services clients.  Lisa has spent the last 15 years working for and supporting financial services organisations to embed, comply and sustain risk practices which drive optimised organisational outcomes.  Lisa supports clients across all three lines of defence and brings a unique perspective to driving business value through leveraging the collective benefits across the three lines of defence.

 

 

Nadia Krusche, EGM Group Audit & Assurance, CBA

Nadia was appointed as Executive General Manager of CBA Group Audit & Assurance in May 2025.  Prior to that Nadia has experience in both Line1 and Line 2 roles, most recently as the Chief Controls Officer for IB&M and prior to that the Chief Risk Officer for CommSec.

Nadia has over 20 years experience in Risk, Compliance and Regulation both in Australia and internationally.  During her tenure at CBA Nadia has been a senior executive on a variety of regulatory matters including the Banking Royal Commission, the APRA Prudential Enquiry Remediation Action Plan, and several ASIC regulatory projects (FX, BBSW Enforceable Undertakings and the CommSec Compliance Program).  Before joining CBA Nadia was in a range of compliance roles in investment banking at Barclays Capital in London and APAC, moving to Barclays from the Enforcement Division of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority where she was a Senior Investigator.
