Suncorp, 80 Ann Street, Heritage Lanes, Brisbane or WEBINAR

RMA Australia is pleased to bring you our August event – The Control Evolution: Maturity, Monitoring, and Meaningful Change, hosted by Suncorp.

Organisations are modernising control environments by uplifting maturity through AI, capability programs, and smarter reporting to build clarity and confidence. By embedding data-driven approaches and leveraging incident insights, they’re enabling continuous monitoring, refining controls, and strengthening risk intelligence for a more resilient enterprise.

Join us for a dynamic session exploring how organisations are modernising control environments to build clarity, confidence, and resilience. This is a must attend event for risk professionals looking to modernise their control environments and drive meaningful impact.

Hosted by Suncorp’s Kayla Palmero, the session opens with a candid look at the challenges organisations face in designing, monitoring, and testing controls, from knowing what to track, to writing effective controls, and delivering quality oversight. This sets the stage for a compelling showcase of Suncorp’s control journey, highlighting practical experience in capability uplift, smarter reporting, and AI integration.

The conversation then expands through a dynamic panel featuring industry leaders Chadi Khalifeh (Westpac), Sarah Willoughby (Port of Brisbane), Adam Spencer, and Nick Holt (Suncorp). Together, they’ll explore how organisations are elevating control maturity, transforming testing through data analytics, and linking incidents to risk intelligence to build resilience. Expect actionable insights, real-world examples, and future-ready strategies you can take back to your organisation.

Please join us either in person in Brisbane or via Webinar.
