RMA Australia is pleased to bring you final August Webinar – “Beyond Compliance: Strategic Risk Management for Critical Infrastructure and Government”, hosted by Clayton Utz.

In an era of increasing complexity and uncertainty, effective risk management requires more than just meeting compliance obligations. This panel will explore how organisations can adopt a strategic approach to risk management, focusing on cross-sector collaboration, crisis management, and resilience planning.

Join our expert panellists as they discuss:

  • The importance of partnerships between the public and private sectors in managing critical infrastructure risks
  • Identifying and managing third-party providers to strengthen operational resilience
  • The role of scenario planning in preparing for and mitigating potential crises

This session will provide practical insights and strategies for leaders navigating the evolving risk landscape.
