ABOUT THE WEBINAR:
The Chief Risk Officer in a financial services entity is one of the key roles at the apex of its human resource structure.
The role has evolved significantly in the last 20 or so years. For a financial services entity credit risk and financial risk are no longer the only critical matters overseen by the CRO. The Chief Risk Officer needs to be a multi skilled and talented individual to oversee effectively all of these risks.

What skills does the CRO need to do this job?
What human resource talent needs to be brought to the risk team, and how does a CRO build a risk team given limited available resources?
What are the day to day priorities of the CRO?
What is the optimal governance structure for the CRO to do the job?
