The RMA is pleased to bring you our second July Webinar – Will Accountability Work?
The new BEAR and FAR regimes have got everyone thinking about accountability, deferred bonuses and malus/clawback clauses. But what do we really know about these concepts? Is accountability the silver bullet that will make risk and compliance more effective? In theory, accountability works because individuals are concerned about their image and status, and seek approval in the eyes of others. And that’s before you even consider financial consequences. In this webinar Elizabeth Sheedy takes a good look at existing research in this fascinating field, to tease out what we do and don’t know. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in a new research project in this space.
