Randy Miskanic is the General Manager and Divisional Controls Officer at National Australia Bank (NAB) where he leads a team of 50 individuals responsible for the control environment and first line risk for technology, data and enterprise resilience.
Prior to joining NAB, he held an officer level role at Freddie Mac in the US where he was the Vice President of Enterprise Operational Resilience. In this role he led information, technology, and operational risk and governance initiatives for the enterprise. Previous private sector experience includes a role as the Chief Information Security Officer for the Americas Region at UBS, where he led cybersecurity, information lifecycle management, data governance and third-party risk oversight. Randy retired from U.S. government service after a 25-year career in federal law enforcement and leadership roles for the U.S. Postal Service, including Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer.
