Event Registration

Event registration - IT'S IMPORTANT!!!

Members must pre-register online for all events so that we can ensure catering and adequate seating are provided. More importantly, we also need to ensure we comply with security requirements when we admit people to our hosts' premisies.  If you have not registered for an event you may not be admitted.

Members are required to report to the Registration Desk to register attendance at an event and to obtain your name tag.

Name Tags must be worn at all times following registration until the conclusion of the event. Members should not proceed through security unless they are wearing their name tag.

Due to security requirements at our host institutions, guests are not permitted to attend member events. If a colleague in the industry would like to attend they will need to join the Association first.
