RMA Newsletter - May 2017

2017 has been an active and rewarding year in the life of RMA Australia.

Monthly Events

Our monthly events have been topical, thought provoking and very well attended. I hope you have had the opportunity to attend.

Our recent 'The Parliament and the Banking Sector', and 'Digital World' events reached capacity quickly and we had a substantial wait list. If you can’t attend please advise us at least 24 hours prior - this helps us  accommodate members on our wait list.

2017 has seen new institutional members join our ranks. Welcome ING Direct and Youi Insurance. We look forward to meeting you at our events and forums.

We are in discussion with a number of other well known brands and hopefully our institutional membership numbers will be further boosted in coming weeks.

In 2013 we had 21 Institutions in RMA, we now have 38, testament to the value that industry participants place on membership.

New Event Hosts

We thank Credit Union Australia (CUA), HSBC and Australia Post for hosting events in 2017, we now have 11 member institutions actively hosting events.

The Australia Post events on 'Terrorism and Cybercrime' featured high profile speakers and received great feedback. Special thanks to Australia Post CRO, Daryl Newton and Senior Risk Manager, Luke Wajsbrem for developing and hosting these exchanges.
