Her experience has crossed the Risk, Audit and Management consulting functions, and often brings new insights across engagement types to ensure that leading data techniques, technology and management are applied ensuring the best outcomes.

 

 

 

Noel WilliamsNoel Williams, Management Consulting Tech Partner, KPMG

Noel is a Partner at KPMG, she specialises in financial services and technology. Noel works with her clients to leverage data and technology to improve risk management and operational outcomes.

Starting her career in the US, Noel moved to Australia in 2006, after a brief stint at KPMG Beijing in 2008-09, Noel settled in Melbourne. Here she works across KPMG with multidisciplinary teams in the areas of Risk, Finance, and Operational excellence and, of course, Technology and Data to deliver on programs of risk, transformational change and assurance for her clients in the banking and superannuation sectors.

A strong advocate for inclusivity, Noel focuses on building diverse teams where everyone’s talents can shine.

 

About The Moderator:-

Mish MonsurMish Monsur, Manager, Risk Strategy & Technology, KPMG

Mishs’ experience has predominately been in Business and Private Banking second line of defence (Line 2) Risk Management. As of today, she is exploring Risk and Tech solutions for industries outside of Banking in expanding her risk acumen, and currently working in the Education sector.

Mish has a genuine interest in STEM, Sustainable Entrepreneurship mentoring programs available for High School and University students and has been involved as an Advisor since 2015.

Prior to joining KPMG, Mish travelled to Bangladesh for a few months and worked with the United Nations Development Projects (UNDP) and Shushilan (a Local NGO) on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) strategies and Multilateral trade agreement opportunities for the Rohyingya Refugee Crises.
