Robert Di Pietro
Partner, Cyber Security at PwC Australia
Robert is a Partner within PwC’s Cyber business with over 12 years’ experience helping organisations to manage information security risk and build cyber resilience. Robert has proven experience in delivering cyber security services to global organisations in areas such as incident response, threat and vulnerability management, cyber threat intelligence and cyber risk and compliance management.
Robert is a passionate communicator and teacher and has been conducting training sessions for PwC and his clients in areas such as penetration testing and cyber security awareness. He has also spoken at numerous internal and external industry conferences throughout his career including GSISS, ISF, AISA, IMARC, RISSB and Energy Australia.
One of Robert’s personal goals is to elevate the importance of science and technology disciplines and encourage STEM careers for our nation’s youth. Possessing a Bachelor’s degree of Science with a Physics major, Rob is particularly interested in emerging technologies that lie at the intersection of science and IT, such as quantum computing and artificial intelligence.
