Nicola is a regular presenter, having presented to groups from 10 to 600 in Australia and the United Kingdom. Nicola specialises in developinga wide range ofworkplace and professional capabilities including high level communication, interpersonal capabilities, personal resilience and problem solving. Nicola prides herself on delivering complex psychological principles in an approachable, straightforward and engaging manner.

Jacinta is the partner responsible for KPMG’s Compliance & Conduct practice in Australia. She has extensive knowledge of the back and middle office operations of all components of the wealth management industry.Jacinta brings both local and global insights into emerging risks and trends in the industry.

A common thread through Jacinta’s diverse range of assignments is the practical, value-added advice provided to clients enabling them to gain a competitive advantage through enhancing operating performance and effectively managing risk.

The major focus of Jacinta’s role is the practical business impacts of regulatory change, often requiring the design and delivery of specialist compliance tools and programs. Jacinta passionately believes that regulatory compliance should not just be another cost and management distraction. Instead it is an opportunity to drive real business value.


Susan HodgkinsonSusan Hodgkinson

Head of GGM Lending Services

Susan was appointed as Group General Manager of Lending Services in December 2017 and is accountable for overseeing and managing high risk customers in order to achieve the best outcome for ANZ and our customers. Lending Services operates out of Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and a number of geographies in Asia and the Pacific.

Susan is a member of the Risk leadership team at ANZ. Prior to that Susan lead the Global Credit Risk Review team called Group Credit Assurance (GCA), who are responsible for conducting high quality credit reviews across the breadth of ANZ portfolios and Geographies. GCA complements the 3rd Line Internal Audit to give a broad, robust, and dynamic picture of the quality of credit risk management in ANZ.

In 2010 Susan was ANZ’s head of Credit, Agribusiness and was responsible for Agribusiness exposures across Australia. This role also included Credit Risk responsibility for Regional Business Bank Australia and Institutional Agribusiness exposures. Agribusiness customers included pre-farmgate, farmgate, post farmgate and Global Commodity companies. Susan has also held senior leadership roles in Credit Risk in Corporate Bank (Head of Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia) and Institutional Direct or of Credit, Institutional Diversified Industrials, Utilities and Government.

Susan is a Chartered Accountant and been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for 26 years. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Her career includes Audit, Insolvency, Mergers and Acquisitions and providing expert assistance at Royal Commissions and to the Government.



Zekija Glamocic

Zekija is a trusted advisor, lifelong learner and authentic transformational leader. She is also a highly experienced credit & risk professional with strong educational background and extensive experience in relationship management, stakeholder engagement and dealing with all credit & operational risk matters across a diverse range of industries and projects.

After arriving in Australia as a refugee and learning to speak and write English, she completed a double degree in Economics and Science, and a Masters of Applied Finance.

Zekija commenced her banking career with NAB in 2001 where she held direct responsibility for a portfolio of categorised assets (distressed and troublesome files). After NAB, having performed a variety of risk and business roles, she moved into a strategic leadership and relationship focused position with Bankwest. Zekija’s experience with Bankwest included credit decisioning, deal structuring, financial analysis and modelling, portfolio management and establishing and leading teams.

In her current role with CBA, Zekija is responsible for influencing and shaping the profile and overall risk management of a portfolio of Institutional Clients.

Zekija is passionate about diversity, people development, equality and inclusion. In addition and having worked for over 17 years across a number of banks, she is proud to use her diverse skills and qualifications, cultural background and individualisation strengths to mentor, recognize and cultivate the potential in others, to lead them through risk taking, personal development and organizational change.
